Ensure day-to-day operation is on process and in line with SOP & timely review quotations & SOP.
Proactively communicate & provide high quality operation with service mind to customers/overseas.
Ensure data interface from operation system to accounting system is done timely and properly.
Identify/analyze/negotiate direct/indirect cost from vendor to improve profit margin.
Identifies/observe/investigate/analyze operation problems with solution to improve service quality under limited resources.
Update job knowledge by participating education opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
Annual budget planning V$ forecasting.
Retain good relationship and handle complain against internal/external customers.
Supervise/mentor/lead subordinates to enhance the team building and achieve target as well as build career path.
Other assignment from supervisor.
Qualification
Male or Female, Thai nationality.
Age not over 40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
Strong Knowledge of Import & Export and customs clearance process.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good computer skills.
Strong team work spirit.
Service mind and work well under pressure.
Positive attitudes and have interpersonal communication skills.
