Ensure 24hr command center activation to proactively monitoring GPS tracking on every progress of each truck, safety of the cargo, safety driving, safety parking, petrol station, timely cargo delivery, traffic rules compliance, etc. throughout the journey.
Scheduling shipment status update & highlight the feasibility of early/delay of delivery to customers.
Ensure/monitor fuel usage against fuel consumption rate policy & timely update Fuel report with highlight to management.
Ensure drivers fully aware & follow company’s policy such as fuel consumption rate policy, safety policy, Mimamori SOP, etc.
Identify/analyze/negotiate direct/indirect cost from vendor to improve profit margin.
Identify/observe/investigate/analyze operation problem with solution to improve service quality under limited resources.
Safety
Accident/maintenance preventive plan
Training – driving safety program, compliance with customer’s rule at customer premise, etc.
Ensure TAPA submission/approval/renewal.
Ensure truck accident & insurance claim is complied with insurance policy & SOP and keep all parties informed for further action.
Ensure readiness & safety of equipment such as PM, Trailer, Container, GPS, sensor, etc.
Ensure the activation of “Claim Center” such as handle claim notice, police report, photos, insurance procedure, internal accident investigation report & preventive plan, cargo claim report, coordinate with internal/external customers/overseas, follow up till case close
Qualification
Male, Thai nationality.
Age not over 40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in major of Occupational Health and Safety.
Working experience from Transport and Logistics field would be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good computer skills.
Strong team work spirit.
Service mind and work well under pressure.
Positive attitudes and have interpersonal communication skills.
