Account Manager
​Job Description
  • Ensure day-to-day account transactions input timely/correctly as well as ensure account system is working in line with SOP.
  • Manage/review AR/AP outstanding to ensure both comply with credit policy.
  • Cross check all costs/expenses are in line with policy/agreement & cost control.
  • Ensure data interface from operation system to accounting system is done timely and properly.
  • Ensure submission of VAT, Withholding tax, Corporate income tax, other relevant taxation to revenue department accurately/timely. Taxation planning.
  • Involve with internal/external audit as well as highlight on the audit report.
  • Prepare monthly financial report (Balance sheet, Income statement, Cash Flow statement, etc) with analysis & highlight to management on timely basis.
  • Manage/control fix assets, inventory, working capital, cashier, document filing, etc.
  • Update job knowledge by participating education opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
  • Annual budget planning V$ forecasting.
  • Retain good relationship and handle complain against internal/external customers.
  • Supervise/mentor/lead subordinates to enhance the team building and achieve target as well as build career path.
  • Other assignment from supervisor. 



Qualification
  • Male or Female, Thai nationality.
  • Age not over 40 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and Finance.
  • A least 3 year experience in Account Manager.
  • Working experience from Logistics field would be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong Team work spirit.
  • Service mind and work well under pressure.
  • Positive attitudes and have interpersonal communication skills.
